Arrival: For massage and skin care treatments, please arrive 15 min. before your scheduled treatment time to allow for check-in and consultation with your therapist. Your treatment is designed to begin at your appointment time, if you are more than15 minutes late for your appointment it will be taken off of your appointment time. If over 15 minutes, you will have to reschedule your appointment.
Nail Services: Please be aware a Basic Manicure does not include shellac or gel polish. The Basic Manicure includes Opi nail lacquer, Vinylux, or Opi Infinte polish only.
Cancellation: Cancellations and appointment changes should be received at least 2 hours in advance in order for the spa to add availability for other clients. Excessive cancellations or no shows will require advanced payment to schedule an appointment. If prepaid (gift card is a form of prepaid) and you do not show or cancel 2 hours prior to appointment, you will be charged for the services that were scheduled.
Spa Attire: We suggest you wear comfortable clothing for all treatments. Remember to bring sandals for pedicures and make-up is not necessary to achieve that wonderful spa glow.
Cell phones: Please remember to silence your ringer while in the spa and in treatment rooms so as not to disturb other clients or interrupt your relaxation.
Jewelry and Valuables: Please leave jewelry and valuables at home when possible. Valley Springs Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
Tips and Gratuities: Your tips/gratuities are greatly appreciated.
Payment: We accept cash, checks drawn on local banks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We accept payroll deductions for full-time Wellmont employees that have been employed longer than 90 days. We do accept Spa Week and Spa Finder gift cards.

From Bristol to the Kingsport location: Turn left onto American Way and proceed to the second brown sign on the right. Turn right and proceed to the next brown sign. Turn right and we are the second door.
From West Stone Drive to the Kingsport location: Turn right at AT&T (located on Stone Drive ) onto Executive Park Blvd.. Proceed to the end of the road and turn left. At the brown sign, turn left and we are the second door.
Our Bristol location is on the 2nd floor of the East Entrance of Bristol Regional Medical Center. Once you get off the elevator on the 2nd floor, turn left and left again at the hallway. We will be suite 210 on the right side.
Refund policy: If you experience an issue with a treatment or service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We do not do refunds, however we do want you to be satisfified with your treatment.
